小剂量阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病患者的效果及其对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响

Clinical efficacy of low-dose aspirin and atorvastatin in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on carotid atherosclerosis

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病患者的效果及其对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法选择我院收治的88例老年冠心病患者,按其入院序号奇偶性分为对照组(44例,阿司匹林治疗)和观察组(44例,阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗)。对比两组患者的血脂指标、颈动脉粥样硬化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)及颈动脉斑块积分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论针对老年冠心病患者,小剂量阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀联合治疗效果显著且安全,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose aspir in and atorvastatin in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were divided into control group（n=44, treated with aspirin） and observation group（n=44,treated with aspirin combined with atorvastatin） according to the order of admission. The blood lipid indexes, circumstances of carotid atherosclerosis and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the levels of triacylglycerol（TG）, total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）, carotid intima-media thickness（CIMT） and total plaque scores in the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose aspirin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is effective and safe, which is worthy of promotion.
