丹参川芎嗪注射液在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用效果

Application of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of angina pectoris

目的研究丹参川芎嗪注射液在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年6月入院治疗的74例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组采用常规方式治疗,研究组基于常规疗法加用丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的生活质量、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液在冠心病心绞痛的治疗中应用效果显著,可提高临床疗效及患者的生活质量,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods A total of 74 patients with angina pectoris enrolled in the hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the treatment method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method, and the study group was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on the basis of conventional method. The quality of life before and after treatment, clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased, and those of the study group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, there was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of angina pectoris has a significant effect. It can improve the clinical effect and quality of life in angina pectoris patients, which has low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
