PDCA circulation method in the application of pediatric hand hygiene management in our hospital

目的探讨PDCA循环法在我院儿科手卫生管理中应用效果。方法在对我院儿科手卫生管理中引入PDCA循环管理模式,通过分析问题,制定改进计划,监督实施再检查、再整改逐步改善手卫生管理。结果应用PDCA循环管理模式后,我院儿科手卫生管理存在的问题逐步减少。结论 PDCA循环管理可促进手卫生管理质量的提高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the hand hygienic management of paediatrics in our hospital. Methods In our hospital, PDCA cycle management model was introduced in pediatric hand hygiene management, through the analysis of problems, the improvement plan was made, supervising the implementation of inspection and rectification to improve quality of hand hygiene management were measured. Results After applying PDCA cycle management mode, the problems of paediatric hand hygiene management in our hospital gradually decreased.Conclusion PDCA cycle management can improve the quality of hand hygiene management, and it is worth popularizing.
