归脾汤加减治疗高血压合并抑郁症对血压、负性心理及生活质量的影响

Effect of modified Guipi decoction on blood pressure, negative psychology and quality of life in hypertension combined with depression

目的分析归脾汤加减治疗对高血压合并抑郁症患者血压、负性心理及生活质量的影响。方法收集2016年1月至2017年12月我科收治的高血压合并抑郁症患者69例为观察组,采用归脾汤加减治疗。选择同期我科收治的高血压合并抑郁症患者65例为对照组,口服舍曲林治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的血压、SDS、SAS评分和生活质量。结果治疗4周后,两组患者的血压、SAS和SDS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分及总评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用归脾汤加减治疗高血压病合并抑郁症患者,可改善其血压水平及抑郁状况,并提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Guipi decoction on blood pressure, negative psychology and quality of life in patients with hypertension complicated with depression. Methods A total of 69 cases of hypertension patients complicated with depression from January 2016 to December 2017 in our department were selected as observation group（treated with modified Guipi decoction）, another 65 cases of hypertension patients complicated with depression in the same period were selected as control group（treated with oral sertraline）. The blood pressure, SDS and SAS scores, quality of life before and after treatment in both groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the quality of life scores and total scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified Guipi decoction in hypertension combined with depression can improve blood pressure, depression and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
