中西医结合治疗对支原体肺炎患儿炎症因子、免疫功能的影响

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on inflammatory factors and immune function in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia

目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的108例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,各54例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用麻杏石甘汤、三子养亲汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前后炎症因子、免疫功能改善情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的CD4+、CD8+水平及CD4+/CD8+均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿奇霉素、麻杏石甘汤、三子养亲汤联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,治疗后患儿炎症因子水平、免疫功能显著改善。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integr ated traditional Chinese and western medicine on inflammatory factors and immune function in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods A total of 108 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, the important of inflammatory factors and immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α decreased in the two groups, and those of the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋significantly improved in the two groups, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of azithromycin, Maxing Shigan decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction has certain effect in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function of children significantly improve.
