摘要
目的考察小叶丁香提取物对镉致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CdCl_2诱导构建小鼠肝脏损伤模型,并灌胃小叶丁香提取物,测定肝脏组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、蛋白羰基化(PCO)、一氧化氮(NO)及镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)和铜(Cu)等水平。结果模型组小鼠肝脏组织中的NO、PCO水平高于正常组,SOD和CAT水平低于正常组(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组NO、PCO水平均低于模型组,SOD和CAT水平高于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组小鼠肝脏组织中的Cd^(2+)水平显著高于正常组,Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)水平显著低于正常组(P<0.05);中剂量组Cd^(2+)水平明显低于模型组,Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)水平高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论小叶丁香提取物对镉致小鼠肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,并且可能的保护机制是拮抗氧化应激反应。
Objective To study the rotective effects of Syringa pubescens extract on liver injury induced by cadmium in mice. Methods Liver injury models in mice were inducted and constructed by CdCl2, and the models were given gavage of Syringa pubescens extract, the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), protein carbonylation(PCO), nitric oxide(NO) and the levels of cadmium(Cd), copper(Cu) and zinc(Zn) of the liver tissue were decteded. Results The levels of NO and PCO in the liver tissue of the model group were higher than those in the normal group, and the levels of SOD and CAT were lower than those in the normal group(P〈0.05); the levels of NO and PCO in the low, medium and high dose groups were lower than those in the model group, and the SOD and CAT levels were higher than those in the model group(P〈0.05). The level of Cd^(2+) in the liver tissue of the model group was higher than that in the normal group, and the levels of Cu^(2+) and Zn^(2+) were lower than those in the normal group(P〈0.05); the level of Cd^(2+) of the middle dose group was lower than that of the model group, and the Cu^(2+) and Zn^(2+) levels were higher than those in the model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Syringa pubescens extract on liver injury induced by cadmium in mice show a protective effect, and the possible protective mechanism is to antagonize oxidative stress.
