双轨道互动护理干预在社区糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of dual track interactive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes in community and its impact on treatment compliance

目的探讨双轨道互动护理干预在社区糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将80例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,出院后分别给予社区常规护理和双轨道互动护理。比较两组患者的互动效果。结果观察组的血糖控制达标率及各项治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组的各项生存质量评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者出院后给予双轨道互动护理干预,可显著提高血糖达标率和治疗依从性,改善其生存质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of dual track interactive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes in community. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group. After discharge, they were given community routine nursing and dual track interactive nursing respectively. The nursing effect between the two groups was compared. Results The standard-reaching rate of blood sugar control and treatment compliances in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the scores of survival quality significantly decreased in the two groups, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After discharge, dual track interactive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes can significantly improve the standard-reaching rate of blood sugar, treatment compliance and survival quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
