心理护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者焦虑发生率、SAS评分及性功能的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on incidence of anxiety, SAS score and sexual function in hysteromyoma surgical patients

目的探讨心理护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者焦虑发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及性功能的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2018年2月在我院接受治疗的84例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院序号奇偶性分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行心理护理。比较两组患者焦虑发生率、SAS评分和性功能。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑发生率、SAS评分和BISF-W评分比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05);护理1个月后,两组患者的焦虑发生率均明显降低,SAS评分和BISF-W评分均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤手术患者给予心理护理干预,效果显著,可明显改善患者的焦虑情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on incidence of anxiety, SAS score and sexual function in hysteromyoma surgical patients. Methods Eighty-four patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from January2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even of admission number, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidence of anxiety, SAS scores and sexual function were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the incidence of anxiety, SAS scores and BISF-W scores between the two groups before nursing（P〈0.05）.After one month of nursing, the incidence of anxiety significantly decreased and the SAS scores and BISF-W scores significantly improved in the two groups, and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with hysteromyoma is significant, which can significantly improve the anxiety of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
