基于智能手机的输电线路质量验评系统研究

特高压输电线路工程施工质量验评是输电工程质量管理中的重要方面,而当前的质量验评工作中仍然存在设计信息查询繁琐、质量验评信息传输滞后、过程资料管理粒度有待细化等问题。针对这些问题,研究了相关的移动端技术、云存储技术、数据加密传输技术等,提出来一种基于智能手机APP与B/S架构相结合构建施工质量验评系统的解决方案。所建设的质量验评系统,实现了对特高压输电线路工程的设计信息的批量导入与快速检索、验评信息的实时填报与流转,实现了特高压输电线路施工质量信息的精细化高效管理。经过在特高压线路工程中的实际应用,验证了质量验评系统的科学性和实用性。

The transmission line construction quality assessment is an important aspect of power transmission project in quality management. But there are still many problems in the assessment, such as complicated design information query, poor information sharing and granularity of process data management. Due to these problems, by studying mobile terminal technology, cloud storage technology and data encryption transmission technology, we elaborated the solution of building a quality assessment system with B/S architecture and the mobile system. The quality assessment system realized the bulk importing of project information and design parameters. Builders can fill assessment form rapidly and Supervisors or Owners can hold construction quality in real time with the system. After the practical application in the transmission line project, it has verified the scientific and practicability of the quality assessment system.
