在融合教育的大背景下,对特殊教育的形式、效果的批判逐渐增加,特殊教育的特殊性及存在的价值逐渐受到质疑。理清特殊教育的特殊性不仅是对上述质疑的回应,也是正确看待特殊教育的本质属性、促进特殊教育本土化发展、推动特殊教育质量整体提升的关键。本文从特殊教育的起源与发展、对象与任务、目的与方法三个方面对特殊教育的特殊性进行再认识。
