维生素B12对老年2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍的影响

摘要 目的观察维生素B12在老年2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)中的应用价值。方法 90例2型糖尿病MCI患者随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用常规方案治疗,观察组在常规方案的基础上给予口服维生素B12。观察并对比两组治疗前和治疗1 a后的认知功能障碍程度、脑电图和血脂指标。结果治疗1 a后,与对照组相比,观察组的视空间与执行功能评分、注意力评分和总分均升高,脑电图异常率降低,P300潜伏期缩短,P300波幅增大,HDL-c浓度提高,LDL-c、TC和TG水平均降低(均P<0.05)。结论维生素B12可改善2型糖尿病MCI患者的认知功能。 Objective To investigate the application of vitamin B12 in mild cognitive impairment(MCI) of the elderly patients with Type 2 diabetes. Methods Ninety MCI patients with Type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into Observation Group and Control Group, 45 cases in each group. Control Group was treated with routine regimen while Observation Group was orally administered with vitamin B12 on the basis of the routine regimen. The degree of cognitive impairment,electroencephalogram and blood lipid index of the two groups before the treatment and 1 a after the treatment were observed and compared. Results After 1 a treatment, compared with Control Group, Observation Group had an increased visualspatial/executive functioning score, attention score and the total score, decreased abnormal rate of electroencephalogram,shortened P300 latency, increased P300 amplitude, increased HDL-c concentration and decreased LDL-c, TC and TG concentration(P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion Vitamin B12 can improve the cognitive function of MCI patients with Type 2 diabetes.
