广东某医学院校教师的生存质量现况及影响因素调查

摘要 目的了解医学院校教师的生存质量现况及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法调查广东某医学院校123名教师,用WHO QOL-BREF量表测评生存质量。结果 (1)教师生理领域生存质量得分低于常模(P<0.05),社会关系领域得分高于常模(P<0.05);(2)不同婚姻状况教师在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域等得分差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)影响教师生存质量的主要因素包括对工作满意状况、学历状况、与同事相处关系是否融洽、对工资满意状况、是否患有颈椎病、是否有健康问题、平均月收入、职称。结论该医学院校教师生存质量总体水平良好,但需采取必要措施进一步提高教师总体生存质量和健康状况。 Objective To investigate the quality of life(QOL) and influencing factors among teachers in medical universities. Methods A total of 123 teachers were enrolled using convenient sampling method in a medical university of Guangdong province, and their QOL was evaluated by WHO QOL-BREF scale. Results Compared with the norm,physiological domain scores of the teachers were lower(P〈0.05), but social relation domain scores were higher(P〈0.05).Physiological, psychological, social relation and environmental domain scores were different between married and unmarried teachers(P〈0.01). The main influencing factors for the teachers' QOL included job satisfaction, educational background,harmonious interpersonal relationship, salary satisfaction, cervical spondylosis, health problems, average monthly earnings and professional title. Conclusion The overall QOL of the teachers in the university is good, but some necessary measures should be taken to improve their overall QOL and health condition.
