中国副省级城市绿色发展水平横向对比与纵向测度评价研究——以沈阳市为例

Study on the Horizontal Comparison and Vertical Measurement Evaluation of the Green Development Level of Sub-provincial Cities: Case Study by Shenyang

本文结合国家发改委、国家统计局、原环境保护部和中央组织部四部委联合印发的《关于印发<绿色发展指标体系><生态文明建设考核目标体系>的通知》(发改环资[2016]2635号)文件及"十三五"时期相关绿色发展的有关规划和精神,对《绿色发展指标体系》进行优化和创新,测算2011—2016年副省级城市绿色发展,并以沈阳市为例,水平横向对比与纵向测度评价各城市绿色发展水平。

Combined with the Green development index system and ecological civilization construction evaluation index system published by National Development and Reform Commission and spirit of the 13 th five-year plan,we optimize the index system of green development and innovation,and estimate sub-provincial cities green development from 2011 to 2016. Taking shenyang as an example,horizontal vertical and horizontal contrast measure evaluation from city to city green development level.
