关于电镀行业竣工环保验收监测中部分问题的分析

Analysis of Some Problems in Environmental Protection Acceptance Inspection of Electroplating Industry

本文对电镀行业竣工环保验收监测中一类污染物的监测、酸性废气监测的问题进行了分析,并给出相关建议。研究指出,在电镀企业的验收监测中,对废水中一类污染物的监测应包括前处理废水、综合废水、总排口、雨水排口等,以核查含一类污染物的废水收集情况、管道布设是否符合要求、雨污分流是否到位等。另外,标准应适当提高各镀种的单位产品基准排气量,或根据电镀企业的规模,设置不同的基准排气量数值;对不同镀种废气统一收集的情况,规定基准排气量的确定方法;对单位产品基准排气量设置下限值,或者对无组织浓度限值作出明确的规定。

This paper analyzed the monitoring of heavy metal and monitoring of acid waste gas in the environmental protection acceptance inspection of the electroplating industry, and gave relevant suggestions. The research pointed out that in the inspection and acceptance monitoring of electroplating enterprise, the class of pollutants in wastewater monitoring should include former processing waste water,waste water,total pollution water discharge port,rainwater drain outlet,etc,in order to check waste water containing pollutants like collecting situation,pipeline layout is in line with the requirements, rain sewage diversion is in place,etc. In addition,the standard should appropriately increase the standard gas discharge per unit product of each type of plating,or set different standard gas discharge values according to the scale of plating enterprises. For different kinds of plating exhaust gas uniformly collected,the determination method of the standard gas discharge is specified.Set the lower limit for the unit product＇s baseline exhaust volume,or specify the limit for the concentration of the unorganized concentration.
