基于固态离子液体电子传输材料的柔性钙钛矿太阳电池

摘要 开发了可低温溶液加工的固态离子液体电子传输材料,将其应用于柔性钙钛矿太阳电池,不仅使电池性能有效提高,而且器件的电流密度-电压迟滞效应被极大的抑制,优化所得电池效率为16.09%。研究表明:柔性钙钛矿太阳电池优异的光电性能主要归因于离子液体不仅具有很好的光增透作用、高电子迁移率和合适的能级,而且对钙钛矿薄膜中的缺陷起到有效的钝化作用。
