外部学习与双元创新协同性的关系——环境动态性的调节作用 被引量:4

摘要 双元创新协同性对于企业生存与发展具有重要意义。外部学习能够有效破解双元创新所面临的资源困境。文章从理论上探讨了外部学习及其两个维度(技术学习与管理学习)对双元创新协同性(含双元创新平衡性与双元创新互补性)的影响,以及环境动态性对上述影响(关系)的调节作用。通过对高新技术企业237份有效问卷进行回归分析,结果表明:技术学习对双元创新平衡性、双元创新互补性均具有正向影响;管理学习仅对双元创新平衡性具有正向影响;外部学习对双元创新协同性、双元创新平衡性和双元创新互补性均具有正向影响;环境动态性在外部学习与双元创新协同性、双元创新平衡性和双元创新互补性间均起正向调节作用。 The synergy of dual innovation is of great significance for the survival and development of enterprises. External learning can effectively solve the resource dilemma, which is faced by dual innovation. The effect of external learning and the dimensions, technical learning and administrative learning, to dual innovation synergy, including the balance dimension of dual innovation and the combined dimension of dual innovation, is studied in this paper. The moderating effects of environmental dynamism on the relationship are investigated. Regression analysis was conducted on 237 valid questionnaires from high and new technology enterprises, and the findings are shown below. Technical learning has a positive effect on dual innovation balance and dual combined innovation. Management learning only has a positive impact on the balance of dual innovation. External learning has a positive impact on dual innovation synergy, dual innovation balance and dual innovation combined. Environmental dynamism plays a positive role in the external learning and the dual innovation synergy, the balance of dual innovation and the combined of dual innovation.
