摘要
文章通过将网络惯例视为一个中间组织形态的休战协议式组织惯例,从理论上解释了不同网络成员组织的代理者们互相依赖的行为是如何最终聚合成一种可重复、可识别的行为模式。新网络惯例模型由共享图式、明示、实行、人工制品及社群五部分内容构成,其中,平等合作型网络惯例是一种以网络成员组织间的平等合作为特征的单一层次水平惯例;而核心企业主导型的网络惯例则是一个包含核心企业战略子惯例与合作组织运营子惯例的双层复合式惯例。根据核心企业在网络惯例施行过程中的战略差异,文章将其进一步细分为赋能式与控制式两类核心企业主导型网络惯例,并通过丰田与苹果所主导的供应链网络惯例对两种核心企业主导型网络惯例之间的差异进行比较。
The nature of network routine is illustrated through viewing a network routine as a inter-organizational routine like truce,with the explanations in the theory, how the interdependent behavior of the agents of different network members forms a repeatable and identifiable behavior pattern. The new network routine model consists of 5 parts, shared schema, ostensive aspect, performative aspect,artifacts and communities. Among them, the equal cooperation network routine is a single level routine, characterized by equal cooperation among the members of the network. The core enterprise, dominated network routine, is a double-layer complex practice, which includes core enterprise strategy sub routine and cooperative organization operation sub routine. Finally, according to the strategic difference among core enterprises, we further subdivide the core enterprise dominated network routine into two categories: Enabling and Coercive, and the differences between the core enterprises dominated network routine are compared through the supply chain network routines dominated by Toyota and Apple.
