健康战略下我国中小养老企业动态能力的建构 被引量:1

摘要 市场经济体制的不完善、辅助措施的缺失和激励政策的落空,致使我国养老企业动态能力不足,并以中小规模存在。在"医养结合"、"健康养老"的新范式下,知识技术的断裂式飞跃,削弱了中小养老企业吸收能力,致使在医养结合过程中呈现出"原子化"离散。医养共享是人们对健康服务的追求,更是中小养老企业当前迫切实现的目标。跨职能联合知识共享与集体阐释是中小养老企业能力再造组织机制的关键环节,文章提出从医养制度设计、地方政府绩效考核权重、激励方式等方面促成跨职能联合知识共享与集体阐释,改善我国中小养老企业的动态能力,以满足人们对健康服务的追求。 The dynamic capability is insufficient capacity for small and medium-sized enterprises of old-age care service to implement healthy aging and medical, because of the imperfection of market economic system, lack of auxiliary measures, frustration of incentive policies in China. Fracture of knowledge technology, with paradigm of "healthy aging" impaired absorption capability, leads to atomically healthy aging and medical of small and medium-sized old-age care service enterprises. Knowledge sharing and collective interpretation among different departments and business units are the key lines about organizational capability reengineering of small and medium-sized old-age care service enterprises. To improve the healthy aging and medical dynamic capability, it is essential to redesign the healthy aging and medical system, reform assessment index system in government performance and change their own incentives.
