金融发展、科技创新与进出口贸易——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

The Development of Finance,Technological Innovation and China's Import and Export Trade——Empirical Analysis based on Provincial Panel Data

文章利用向量自回归模型研究金融发展、科技创新与进出口贸易的关系。研究发现,经济发展水平和科技创新促进了进出口贸易,金融发展抑制了进出口贸易;同时进出口贸易的冲击对科技创新的影响为负,对金融发展的影响为正。研究表明,我国金融发展水平还不能与国民经济相适应,金融发展水平要滞后于我国进出口贸易发展的水平;进口贸易加快了金融公司将存款转化为贷款的速度,短期内提高了我国金融的发展效率;金融和科技领域相互之间的要素交流较少,高技术企业很难在金融机构进行融资贷款。研究结论为加快金融行业的深化改革,提升我国的科技创新水平,进而促进我国进出口贸易的可持续增长提供了政策启示。

The vector autoregressive model is used in the paper to study the relationship among financial development, technological innovation and import and export trade. The author found that the level of economic development and technological innovation promoted the import and export trade. Financial development inhibited the import and export trade. At the same time, the impact of import and export trade on technology innovation was negative, and the impact on financial development was positive. The research shows that the level of China＇s financial development is not compatible with the national economy. The level of financial development will lag behind the level of development of China＇s import and export trade. Import trade has accelerated the speed, which is that financial companies convert deposits into loans, and in the short term, the speed has increased the financial development efficiency. There are relatively few exchanges of factors among each other in finance, science and technology, and it is difficult for high-tech enterprises to make financing loans in financial institutions. The conclusions are to provide policy inspiration for accelerating the deepening reform of the financial industry,upgrade China＇s scientific and technological innovation level, and promote the sustainable growth of China＇s import and export trade.
