右美托咪定抑制剖宫产孕妇全身麻醉插管反应的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察右美托咪定抑制剖宫产孕妇全身麻醉插管反应的效果。方法 73例全身麻醉的剖宫产孕妇分为右美托咪定组和对照组,记录两组孕妇的血压、心率、平均动脉压、出胎前异丙酚用量、胎儿体质量、脐带血气分析、新生儿阿氏评分等指标。结果右美托咪定组孕妇在麻醉诱导后1~7 min的平均动脉压和心率均比对照组孕妇低(P<0.01或0.05),异丙酚用量较对照组少(P<0.01),但两组间胎儿体质量、脐带血气分析、新生儿评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪定可减轻剖宫产孕妇全身麻醉的插管反应,对新生儿无明显影响。 Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on endotracheal intubation response during general anesthesia in gravidae undergoing cesarean section. Methods Seventy-three pregnant women undergoing cesarean section under general anesthesia were divided into dxmedetomidine and control groups. The blood pressure, heart rate(HR), and mean arterial pressure(MAP) of the gravidae, propofol usage prior to delivery, fetal weight, umbilical blood gas analysis, and Apgar scoring of the newborns were recorded. Results MAP and HR during 1-7 minutes after anesthesia induction and propofol usage were lower in dxmedetomidine group than in control group(P〈0.01 or 0.05), propofol dosage less than the control group(P〈0.01), but fetal weight, umbilical blood gas analysis, and Apgar scoring showed no difference between both groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Dxmedetomidine can relieve the endotracheal intubation response during general anesthesia in pregnant women undergoing cesarean section and have no impact on neonates.
