摘要
介绍凝结水产生过程、分析凝结水化学成分,总结脱酸凝结水直接回收作锅炉给水存在的难点,对存在问题探讨分析,介绍了脱酸凝结水的回收方案。通过对全厂中压蒸汽系统、脱酸凝结水系统简单改造,经过除氧器及炉水加药设施进一步处理,达到给水要求,可作为锅炉给水使用。
This paper introduces the condensate production process, analyzes the chemical composition of condensate, summarizes the difficulties existing in the direct recovery of deacidification and condensate water as boiler feedwater, analyzes and discusses the existing problems, and introduces the recovery scheme of deacidification condensate water. Based on the medium pressure steam system, condensate water deacidification simple transformation system, through the deaerator and water dosing facilities for further processing, to supply requirements, can be used as boiler feed water.
