硫酸镁、硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔对妊娠高症的治疗效果及安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of the Treatment of Preeclampsia by Magnesium Sulfate and Nifedipine Combined with Rabellol

目的:探析硫酸镁、硝苯地平、拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征(妊高症)的效果以及安全性。方法:在2015年1月-2017年1月我院产科就诊的妊高症患者中选出60例,随机分组,对照组患者给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁+硝苯地平+拉贝洛尔治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率100%高于对照组的83.33%,P<0.05;治疗期间观察组的不良反应发生率与对照组之间差异不明显,P>0.05;随访到分娩:观察组的胎盘早剥、子痫、产后出血以及新生儿窒息率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:硫酸镁与硝苯地平、拉贝洛尔联合用于妊娠高血压治疗中安全有效,稳定降低血压水平,保障母婴安全。

Objective： To explore the effect and safety of magnesium sulfate, nifedipine and rabellol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods： 60 cases selected in January 2015-January 2017 in our hospital obstetric treatment of PIH patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with Magnesium Sulfate treatment, the observation group was given nifedipine ＋ Magnesium Sulfate ＋ tabetalol, The effect of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： the total effective rate of observation group was 100% higher than 83.33% in the control group, P 〈 0.05. There was no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group during the treatment period, P 〉 0,05. Follow-up to delivery： the observation group had lower placental abruption, eelampsia, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate than the control group, P〈O.05. Conclusion： Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine, labetalol are safe and effective for the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy, lower blood pressure levels, ensure the safety of mother and infant.
