嗜酸性粒细胞与系统性红斑狼疮自噬水平及疾病活动指数的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)与系统性红斑狼疮(自噬水平及疾病活动指数相关性。方法SLE)检测15例SLE患者和18例健康对照者血EOS,采用流式细胞术检测Th17细胞自噬标记物LC3Ⅱ和P62表达,SLEDAI-2000评估疾病活动,分析EOS与LC3Ⅱ、P62表达及评分相关性。结果SLEDAI SLE患者治疗后EOS高于治疗前,但低于对照组(P<0.01);LC3Ⅱ和P62水平低于治疗前,但高于对照组(P<0.01)。SLE患者EOS与LC3Ⅱ、P62水平和SLEDAI评分均呈显著负相关(P。结论 <0.05)EOS、自噬水平可作为SLE活动的监测指标。 Objective To analyze the correlation among eosinophils(EOS), autophagy and disease activity in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods EOS, level of autophagic markers LC3 Ⅱ and P62 in Th17 cells, and disease activity were respectively determined by flow cytometry and SLE activity score scale-2000(SLEDAI-2000) in 15 SLE patients and 18 healthy controls. The correlation among EOS, LC3Ⅱ and P62 levels, and SLEDAI scores were analyzed. Results EOS was incremental after treatment in SLE group, but was lower than that in control group(P〈0.01). LC3 Ⅱ and P62 levels reduced after treatment in SLE group, but was higher than those in control group(P〈0.01). EOS was negatively correlated with LC3Ⅱ and P62 levels and SLEDAI scores in SLE(P〈0.05). Conclusion EOS and autophagy may serve as monitoring indexes for disease activity of SLE.
