局部性高能窄谱红光联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗结节性红斑的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of local high energy narrow spectrum red light combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment of erythema nodosum

目的观察局部性高能窄谱红光联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗结节性红斑的临床疗效。方法 60例结节性红斑患者随机分为常规组和试验组,每组30例,常规组给予常规局部性高能窄谱红光治疗,试验组在此基础上给予复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,且以试验组更为显著(P<0.01);试验组的治疗有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);随访6个月期间,试验组的复发率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论局部性高能窄谱红光联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗可有效缓解结节性红斑患者疼痛症状,有利于提高患者的治疗疗效及减少复发,安全性良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of local high energy narrow spectrum red light combined with compound glycyrrhizic acid capsules in the treatment of erythema nodosum. Methods 60 patients with erythema nodosum were randomly divided into Conventional Group and Experimental Group, 30 cases in each group. Conventional Group was treated with conventional local high energy narrow spectrum red light while Experimental Group was treated with compound glycyrrhizic acid capsules on the basis of the treatment for Conventional Group. The two groups were compared in terms of visual analogue score（VAS）, therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and relapse. Results After the treatment, both groups had the VAS score significantly lower than that before the treatment, and Experimental Group showed a more significant reduction（P〈0.01）; Experimental Group had the effective rate significantly higher than Conventional Group（P〈0.05）; during the 6-month follow-up, Experimental Group had the relapse rate lower than Conventional Group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local high energy narrow spectrum red light combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of the patients with erythema nodosum. It is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the relapse rate and has good safety, and it is worth clinical promotion.
