文化自觉自信视域下高校思政工作的创新研究——以衢州职业技术学院为例

Innovative Research on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Cultural Conscientiousness and Self-confidence: Taking Quzhou College of Technology as an Example

本论文以衢州职业技术学院为例,分析了高校文化自觉自信教育存在的系列问题。文化自觉自信教育是促进大学生自由全面发展、增强高校思政工作实效性、实现本地文化强市和国家文化强国战略的重要基础。笔者认为,可以从加强师资队伍培训;让地方文化入课堂;充分利用网络平台阵地;动员学生进行文化自觉自信实践四个方面创新思政工作以加强文化自觉自信教育。

Taking Quzhou College of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the cultural conscientiousness and self-confidence education of colleges and universities.Cultural conscientiousness and self-confidence education is an important foundation for promoting the free and all-round development of college students, enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and realizing the strategy of strengthening local culture and strengthening national culture. The writer believes that cultural conscientiousness and self-confidence education can be strengthened through the innovation of ideological and political education by strengthening the training of teaching staff, integrating local culture with classroom teaching, making full use of network platforms, and motivating students to carry out cultural conscientiousness and self-confidence practice.
