The assessment of college counselors is an important guarantee and measure for the specialization and professionalization of counselors. To reflect the actual work results of counselors effectively in the secondary colleges of universities, and to make the assessment work for counselors reasonable and effective while the characteristics of the secondary colleges are considered,building a targeted and scientific assessment system for counselors is the key to do well in the assessment of counselors based on the goal management.
