随着我国科技快速发展及企业转型升级,工程类高层次人才需求量不断增大,因此工程类博士专业学位研究生培养模式改革势在必行,应从培养机制、生源及导师、课程设置、专业实践、学位论文要求、保障措施等方面进行改革创新,以培养满足社会需求的具有工程技术创新能力的高层次工程类人才。

With the rapid development of science and technology in China and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, the demand for high-level talents in engineering classes is increasing, so it is imperative to reform the training mode of doctoral degree graduate students. It should be changed from the aspects of training mechanism, students and tutors, course setting, professional practice, requirements of degree theory, protection measures and so on. We should innovate in order to train high-level engineering talents with the engineering and technological innovation ability to meet the needs of the society.
