The focus of this paper is on how to use basic computer teaching in vocational colleges to cultivate students＇ computational thinking. Through the related research on basic computer teaching in vocational colleges, this paper systematically analyzes the connotation and characteristics of computational thinking, as well as the problems existing in basic computer teaching in vocational colleges, and provides some guiding ideas for cultivating students＇ computational thinking.
