高职院校现代学徒制的制度设计

On the System Design of Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文在分析了当前学徒制发展中的一些问题的基础上,就高职院校构建、创新人才培养内在机制,从学徒来源、费用、资格课程体系和过程管理等角度完善制度建设,培养满足快速变化的时代的人才提出了一些设想。

Based on the analysis of the current problems in the development of the apprenticeship system, we put forward some suggestions on construction of innovative talents training mechanism in higher vocational colleges, perfecting the system from the perspective of apprenticeship sources, fees, qualifications, curriculum system and process management, training talents to meet the era of rapid changes.
