The traditional ＂teaching＂ and ＂learning＂ of middle school physics discipline is undergoing educational change under the background of ＂Internet plus education＂. In this paper, in order to take the full advantages of ＂Internet plus＂ to better serve the teaching and learning of middle school physics and achieve the purpose of guiding teaching, we analyze the advantages of ＂Internet plus education＂, and expound how to carry out the teaching and learning of middle school physics under the background of ＂Internet plus education＂.
