高等教育国际化转变,是保障我国人才供应体系,与国际化发展环境相互适应的主导性条件,具有长远性、引导性以及创新性等特征。基于此,本文对高等教育国际化的探究,主要是从其动因理论的演变与新构想之间的关系进行探究,以达到能充分发挥新教育模式优势、保障新型人才输出的运用的目的。

The internationalization of higher education is the dominant condition for ensuring China＇s talent supply system and adapting to the international development environment. It is a long-term, guiding and innovative process. Based on this, the exploration of the internationalization of higher education is mainly from the relationship between the evolution and new conception of its motivation theory, in order to achieve the purpose of giving full play to the advantages of the new education model and ensuring the supply of new talents.
