随着新课标的颁布、实施和发展,"以人为本"的理念也越来越深入人心。站在学校的角度来说,教育中人的概念实际不止有学生还应该有老师。"书籍是人类进步的阶梯",在一个人的成长和生活中,书的作用和地位都是不可取代的。教育的根本目的是促进人类的发展,师生作为校园内人的主体,素质若可得到持续提升,那么学校也可以持续发展。"一所学校要有一个文化的蕴涵,文化的底蕴。文化的蕴涵越深厚,学校的基础越深厚",一所中小学是如此,一所大学也是如此。因此,"书香校园"的建设就显得尤为重要。

If their quality can be continuously improved, the school can continue to develop. ＂A school must have a cultural implication and a cultural heritage. The deeper the cultural implication is, the more solid the foundation of the school is.＂ A primary or secondary school should follow it, so does a university. Therefore, the ＂scholarly campus＂ construction is particularly important.
