Great-power Diplomacy With Chinese Characteristics at New Era

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中庄严宣告,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。在新时代背景下,为了全面建设社会主义现代化强国和实现伟大中国梦,构建和平稳定的国际环境显得尤为重要。因此,中国共产党提出了全面推进"中国特色大国外交"理念,创制了符合新时代发展要求的理论原则,开展了卓有成效的外交实践,为推动我国日益走近世界舞台中央,解决人类发展问题贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。

The General Secretary,President Xi Jinping declares in the reports of the19 thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into the new era. Under the background of new era,a stable international environment is very important for Chinese to construct a socialistic modern country and realize the China Dream. Therefore,the idea of pushing forward ＂major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics＂is proposed and makes the theoretical principles meeting the requirement of the development in the new age. The effective diplomatic practices lead China onto the central stage of the world and contribute Chinese intelligence and plan for human issues.
