摘要 员工的工作动机、忠诚度以及创造性等是衡量企业经营合格与否的非数字化标准,其关键在于是否存在相应健康、和谐的文化与氛围。人性化管理作为当下比较流行、先进的管理方式,充分体现了"以人为本"的思想,有利于激发员工的积极性和主动性,使其最大程度发挥潜能和效用,让员工不仅能为企业创造利润,同时也收获人生的价值与意义。有效的人性化管理能够实现员工职业生涯发展目标和企业组织目标的协同与整合,使组织内人岗适配,员工与企业相互促进、共同进步。 The employee's working motivation,loyalty degree,and creativity competence are non-digital standards to measure the qualification of business operation. The key is whether there is corresponding healthy and harmonious culture and atmosphere. Humanized management,as a modern and advanced managing mode,reflects the people-oriented thought and is good to motivate the employee's enthusiasm and initiative. The employee can release the potential abilities and effectiveness,and hence not only make benefits for the company but also find his own value and significance. The efficient humanized management can help the employee to realize the integration of the goal of their career and the organization goal,as a result,the employee and the post can fit each other and the employee and the enterprise can achieve mutual promotion.
