摘要
学生英语应用能力直接关系中外合作办学人才培养质量,是中外合作办学持续发展的先决条件与基础。目前,中外合作办学英语教学中课程设置、考核方式和教材选用、学生学习习惯等方面都存在一定的问题。学术英语和雅思相结合的课程体系、传统教学和慕课教学相结合的课堂、中西融合的英语教材、以学生为中心的教学策略、以促进教学为中心的教师考核制度等方面的有效结合,能更好地提高学生英语应用能力,也能为学生学习专业课程和出国留学奠定坚实的语言基础。
Students' English competence affects the talent quality in Sino-foreign cooperative education institute,which is also the precondition and foundation. Presently,there are problems in the domain of curriculum setting,testing modes,textbook selection,and students' learning habits. It is suggested to establish the curriculum system with academic English and IELTS,the class combing traditional teaching and Mooc teaching,the textbooks integrating Chinese and western elements,student-centered teaching method,and teachingcentered evaluation system. This may improve students' English competence and make good foundation for students to learn their major curriculum and to study abroad.
