摘要
针对叶片根中顶3个截面不同的安装角,设计了相应的高效宽负荷叶型,并采用数值模拟的方法,分析了叶型对负荷的适应性,重点分析了对攻角和马赫数的适应性。数值计算表明,以变工况性能较好的高效后加载叶型为母型开发的高效宽负荷叶型,可以实现机组变负荷运行时保持较高通流效率的目标,攻角变化范围为±30°、马赫数变化范围为0.2~0.6时叶型损失变化不超过0.5%。
According to the variations of stagger angles between hub and shroud profiles, threes typical profiles were designed for advanced-wide-loading steam turbine. This paper analyzes aerodynamic performances of these profiles at wide-loadings, which focus on the Mach numbers and impulse angles variation. As results show, when the impulse angle change between -30° - + 30° and the Mach number between 0.2 -0.6, the variation of loss coefficient factor is not exceed 0.5%. This tiny change of loss indicates advanced-wide-loading profile, based on after-load profile, can keep high efficiency at a wide load range condition for steam turbine.
