摘要
偏光显微镜观测聚丙烯球晶结构是高分子物理实验中一个非常重要的组成部分,实验利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析了聚丙烯的热性能,利用热台控温将现有的观测实验进行了全新的设计。通过对比,寻找出了最佳的制样方法。该实验加深了学生对球晶结构的认知和理解,教学效果良好。
The observation of spherulite structure by polarized microscopy on polypropylene is a very important part of polymer physics experiment. In this article, thermal performance of polypropylene was analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). Based on thermal control method, the existing observational experiment was designed in a new way, and the best method was found by comparison. The experiment deepened students' understanding of spherulite structure, and had good teaching results.
