摘要 比较了离心法、直接过滤法、抽滤法、絮凝离心法等多种水质中氨氮测定的预处理方法,通过对测定结果的准确度、精密度和加标回收率的分析,比较不同预处理方法对水质氨氮测定的影响。结果表明,抽滤法可以满足较清洁水样中氨氮的测定,操作更加简便,节省时间;但絮凝离心法具有更高的准确度、精密度和更优的加标回收率,适用性更广。 Various pretreatment methods of determining ammonia nitrogen in water samples were compared. Based on the analysis of the accuracy, precision and spike recovery of the determination results, the impacts of different pretreatment methods on the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water samples were compared. The results indicated that the suction filtration method was suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in clean water samples, and this method was proved to be more convenient and easier to operate. However, the flocculation centrifuge method, with higher accuracy, precision and better spike recovery, has more applicability.
