摘要
以聚砜(PS)为基质、羟乙基磺酸钠(HES)为磺化剂合成了2种侧链脂肪磺酸型磺化聚砜3PS-ES和4PSES,进而制备了相应的质子交换膜(PEM),探讨了相分离程度对PEM吸水率和尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:3PS-ES膜和4PS-ES膜均具有明显的亲水微区远离疏水微区的相分离结构,室温溶胀率仅为12.8%和11.4%,表现出较好的尺寸稳定性;同时在相同的磺酸基团含量下,具有较高相分离程度的4PS-ES膜具有更好的吸水率和尺寸稳定性。
Using polysulfone(PS)as a substrate material,and hydroxyethyl sodium sulfonate(HES)as a sulfonating agent,we synthesized two side-chain aliphatic sulfonic acid types of sulfonated polysulfones,3 PS-ES and 4 PS-ES,and then prepared the corresponding proton exchange membranes(PEM).Moreover,we investigated the influence of the degree of phase separation on the water absorption and size stability of PEM.The results show that 3 PS-ES PEM and 4 PS-ES PEM have the obvious structure of phase separation between hydrophilic area and hydrophobic area,and exhibit excellent size stability with the swelling rate of 12.8%and 11.4%at room temperature,respectively.The 4 PS-ES PEM with a high degree of phase separation has better water absorption and size stability.
