摘要
本文介绍了采煤机的牵引调速控制原理和PID调节器的理论依据,分析S7-300 PLC实现闭环控制的方法,描述STEP7内置功能模块PC105、FB41和PC106,提出根据不同采煤工况下采煤机牵引调速反馈的PID软件设计方法,通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线建立s7-300 PLC与采煤机牵引变频器的通讯连接,实现采煤机牵引闭环调速。
This paper introduces the control principle of electric haulage shearer and PID regulator,the theoretical basis of the analysis of S7-300 PLC to realize closed loop control method,describes the STEP7 built-in function module PC105,FB41 and PC106,is put forward for coal mining according to the different working conditions of shearer traction speed feedback PID software design method by PROFIBUS-DP field bus based S7-300 PLC and shearer traction inverter communication connection,realize the shearer traction closed-loop speed control.
