摘要
通过对某电厂公用直流一次接线图研究,发现其存在母线失压较大风险,为此重新设计了新的一次接线图。新增的3号充电机出线直接与Ⅰ段、Ⅱ段馈线母线连接,实现了任一充电装置退出运行时,可手动投入第三台充电装置;同时通过编制现场操作规程,最大限度降低了蓄电池短时并联运行机会,提高了蓄电池寿命,进而符合了电力系统二十五项反措的要求,应用效果良好。
To improve the reliability of the common DC system in a hydropower plant,the primary wiring scheme is analyzed based on the operational risk management and control technique. As a high risk of the busbar voltage failure is found,the primary wiring scheme is re-designed,in which the 3# battery charger is added and directly connected to the1# and 2# feeder busbar. In case of failure of any original charging devices,the 3 # battery charger can be manually switched on. Also,a field operation procedure is prepared to avoid the parallel operation of the batteries,which could greatly improve the battery life. With these measures,the requirements of the power system to prevent power generation accidents are satisfied. Practice shows that the re-designed common DC system works well.
