精细化气象信息在水库精准防洪调度上的应用

Application of Fine Meteorological Information in Precise Flood Control Dispatching

湖北能源集团与湖北省气象服务中心合作开发的专业气象服务平台,已成功利用精细化降雨量预报和降雨实况信息,对高坝洲"4.22暴雨"进行了精细化预报,为其精准防洪调度赢得了时间,为大坝、厂区灾情预判、防灾减灾提供了指导。该平台也为集团所辖各水库提供专业气象服务。实践证明,精细化降雨量预报和降雨实况信息具有针对性、科学性、时效性及准确性,可为防洪调度提供精准性指导。

The application of fine meteorological information in precise flood control dispatching is introduced. A professional meteorological service platform is developed by Hubei Energy Group and Hubei Meteorological Service Center. In this platform,the fine meteorological information,including the fine rainfall forecast and the live rainfall information,is utilized for the precise forecast of the flood. With the platform,the April 22 th rainstorm occurred in Gaobazhou Hydropower Station was forecasted accurately. It bought some time for the precise flood control dispatching of the reservoir and provided guidance for the disaster pre-judgement and prevention of the dam and station. Practice shows that the fine rainfall forecast and the live rainfall information are of pertinence,scientificity,timeliness and accuracy,and could provide accurate guidance for the flood control dispatching.
