摘要
在风电基础中,钢基础环式混凝土风机基础应用广泛,在设计和施工中需要注意基础环与混凝土之间的应力集中问题。通过对某工程基础环式混凝土风机基础进行ANSYS静力学仿真分析,明确了基础环与混凝土界面应力分布特点,为优化设计与改进施工方法提供了重要依据。
In wind power plants,the wind turbine foundation of steel base ring and concrete beam and slab is commonly adopted. However,the stress concentration occurred between the steel base ring and the concrete should be taken care of in the design and construction of the foundation structure. Based on a practical wind turbine example,a static stress analysis is carried out for the base ring type concrete foundation with ANSYS software. The stress distribution in the interface between the concrete and the steel base ring is determined. The results provide important reference for the design optimization and construction improvement.
