Cultural Examination of the Construction of Ideological Security in China

文化安全与意识形态安全的关系是意识形态建构不可回避的关键问题。文化的意识形态性和意识形态的文化性相辅相成,文化安全是意识形态安全坚固的"护城河"和"防火线",意识形态安全是维护文化安全的关键和核心。树立文化自觉,方能对各种"为我存在"的文化有自知之明,有效应对意识形态建设所面对的种种挑战。在新时代背景下,坚定文化自信,着力传统文化的创造性转换和创新性发展,实现马克思主义的大众化、民族化和当代化,落实文化强国战略,这都是维护意识形态安全的文化支撑。

The relationship between cultural security and ideological security is an unavoidable key issue in ideological construction. Cultural ideology and ideological culture complement each other. Cultural security is the solid＂moat＂and＂firebreak＂of ideological security,and ideology security is the key to maintaining cultural security. Only by establishing cultural awareness can we be self-aware of the various cultures that＂exist for me＂and respond effectively to the challenges that ideology faces. In the context of the new era,with a firm cultural self-confidence and focusing on the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture,the realization of the popularization,nationalization,and modernization of Marxism and the implementation of the strategy of a culturally strong country are all cultural supports for maintaining ideological security.
