The Problems and Solutions of Lung Cancer MDT

肺癌是我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,多学科协作(MDT)是为肺癌患者提供个体化精准治疗的最佳治疗模式。但在实际操作过程中,肺癌MDT团队的组成、成员的沟通能力、MDT团队管理和决策能力有待进一步提高,以形成高效MDT团队,不仅促进医务人员的进步,也使患者最大获益于医疗技术的发展。

With the highest disease-related morbidity and mortality,lung cancer is one the most common cancer in China.Multidisciplinary healthcare team（MDT）is the best treatment mode to provide individual precise treatment for patients with lung cancer.However,during the practical operation,the composition of the MDT team,the communication skills among team members,team management and decision-making abilities need to be improved to form an efficient MDT team,so as to promote the progress of medical staffs as well as enable lung cancer patients to benefit most from the development of medical technologies.
