银发时代湖南开展税延型养老保险政策与市场环境分析

Analysis on the Tax Extended Pension Policy and Market Environment in Hunan Province in the Silver Age

2013—2016年湖南老龄事业发展统计公报的数据显示:湖南省人口老龄化呈现速度快、高龄化、空巢化、失能比重高的特点,这对湖南老年人的养老医疗护理需求的满足提出了新的课题。所谓个税递延型养老保险,主要指的是将税收政策和商业养老保险充分融合在一起而产生的一种创新产品,其出现和大范围推广能够对于减轻国家的养老压力产生较为积极的作用。笔者抽样选取部分长沙居民进行问卷调查,探究湖南开展个税递延型养老保险的必要性和可行性。

The Aging Affair Development Statistics of Hunan province 2013-2016 shows that, the aging popu lation of Hunan province has the characteristics of fast speed, advanced age, gy. This puts forward a new task for the extended pension policy, mainly refers medical care needs of the elderly in to as the tax policy and commercial nest, and high loss of ener Hunan province. The so-called tax endowment insurance to fully pro duce a kind of innovative products. Its emergence and widespread promotion plays a more positive role on alle viating China＇s pension pressure. In this paper, some residents of Changsha City in Hunan province are selected to carry out questionnaires to explore the necessity and feasibility of carrying out tax extended pension policy in Hunan province.
