高职院校教学秘书队伍建设的现状与建议——以广东省为例

随着我国高等教育大众化的普及,高等职业教育也经历了"扩容"、"提质"到目前的创新强校,建"一流"高职院校成为众多高等职业院校的改革目标。教学管理首当其冲也随着改革的不断深化在变化着,合理安排教学计划,按教学规律办事,在教学管理过程中的指导、协调、统筹都考验着作为教育教学管理一线的教学管理人员教学秘书的工作素质及专业化水平,它表明了高职院校的教学管理工作已经不再是一个低级的行政工作,而是一项专职专业的事业,需要为之精准服务的专门人才。不再是依靠个人意见和重复现有做法,而是越来越需要专业的知识和专业的人员来认真对待的一项事业。
