河南省农村电商发展述论——基于洛阳市新安县农村电商发展现状的调查

Comments on Development of Rural E-commerce in Henan Province——Based on the Survey of the Development of Rural Electric Business in Xin'an County,Luoyang

农村全面建成小康社会和实施乡村振兴战略,重点是产业兴旺。农村电商是农村经济发展的重要平台。河南省农村电商发展虽然取得了一定的成就,但依然存在农村电商市场较小、电商人才缺乏、物流基础设施不适应电商发展需要等问题。新安县采取加强农村电商基础设施建设、广泛宣传和扩大农产品市场、加大电商人才培训等措施,促进了农村电商的发展。

The emphasis rests on industrial prosperity when a well-off society is to be build in an all-round way and the strategy of rural revitalization is to be implemented. Rural electric business forms an important platform for the development rural economy. Although some achievements have been made in the development of rural e-commerce in Henan Province,there still exist some problems,such as the small rural marketing,the lack of electric business talents and the shortage of logistics infrastructure to meet the needs of the e-commerce development. Xin＇an County has taken measures to enlarge the construction of rural e-commerce infrastructure,widely propagate and expand the agricultural product market,and increase the training of electric business talents,all of which have promoted the development of rural e-commerce.
