基本功能动作、核心稳定性与体育院校本科生身体素质表现的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 随机选取北京体育大学体育教育专业100名本科生为测试对象,进行功能动作筛查、核心稳定性和身体素质测试,并对测试数据进行相关性分析。研究结果:1)体育院校本科生身体素质表现与功能动作筛查、核心稳定性测试之间有显著性相关,功能动作筛查与核心稳定性测试之间无显著性相关。2)体育院校本科生身体素质表现与功能动作的相关主要指向反映人体关节基本灵活性和稳定性的动作模式,与核心稳定性的相关主要指向弱链肌群。3)体育院校本科生普遍存在动作不对称、动作代偿和核心稳定性差的问题。结论:1)核心稳定性和功能动作与体育院校本科生身体素质表现呈显著相关。2)发展关节的基本灵活性和稳定性以及强化弱链肌群是体育院校本科生今后身体运动功能训练的主要方向,也是预防运动损伤的前提条件。3)围绕体育院校本科生的专项特征、肌力发展水平和功能动作特点等的分析和研究值得后续进一步的开展。 In order to further clarify the essence and mechanism of the theory of over-recovery training, this paper inspect and review the principle of super-compensation training with the theory of complexity science. It has been shown that 1) The principle of super-compensation is a simplification of the process of adaptability of sports training, and it is not entirely applicable to the complexity of the adaptation of sports training. 2) The essence of super-compensation training principle is a form of oscillation of material and energy and information exchange between the function and structure of the human body movement training complex system on moving load and environment. 3) The complexity of the principle of super-compensation training inherent mechanism is a complex system in the human body under the action of a fluctuation-coordination-order and function-fluctuation-structure of the interaction cycle of reciprocating process. 4) The sports training adaptation system is a complex dynamic system composed of the body, the environment and the movement task, in theirevolution process with nonlinear, the sensitivity of the initial conditions, coordination, self organization, chaos of complexity characteristics. 5) The principle of complex adaptive dynamic system should be a new approach to the study of super-compensation training principle. The problem of complexity of sports training should be explained and analyzed by using the scientific theory and method of sports training complexity.
