摘要
针对目前空气净化器制造企业中遇到的系列产品繁多、重复工作量较大等问题,提出了一种基于装配体的空气净化器系列化设计方法。此系列化方法由设计人员选择重要参数,综合尺寸驱动与程序驱动相结合参数化设计方法,建立零部件尺寸关系,通过"整体-模块-零件-模块-整体"的参数传递模式,并辅助以自建文件库系统与模型检验系统,最终在Solidworks软件中达成系列化设计的目的。实例分析结果证明,此系列化设计方法可以快速设计出一套空气净化器产品的衍生款产品,达到了高效设计、节省设计时间、节省研发成本的目的。
At present,there are many problems in the air purifier manufacturers,such as large range of products,repeated workload and so on,a series design method of air purifier based on assembly is put forward. By the design of personnel selection of important parameters of this series design method,established the relationship between parts and components by the parametric design method which combining dimension drive with program driven,through the " whole-module-part-module-whole " parameter transfer mode,and finally achieve the purpose of serialization design in Solidworks. The results of an example showthat this series design method can quickly design a set of derivative products of air cleaner products,and achieve the purpose of efficient design,saving design time and saving research and development costs.
